1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a quick replacement or refund:

• Send photos or a short video showing the outer packaging and the damaged artwork to info@barakahwallart.com or WhatsApp +91 63865 88036.
• Include your Order ID and contact details.
• Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Catalog Items: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before the item enters dispatch processing. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Customized orders (such as customized names, specific sizes, custom colors) cannot be cancelled or refunded once design approval is given and production begins.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

When a refund is approved by our support team:

• Refunds are initiated directly to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during checkout.
• The credited amount typically reflects in the customer bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing cycles.
• You will receive an email confirmation with the refund reference ID once processed.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

• Items reported after the 48-hour delivery window.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, dropped items, or incorrect wall mounting after safe delivery.
• Custom items produced according to approved customer specifications.
