1. Processing & Handling Times

• Ready-to-Ship Designs: Prepared, packed, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because laser-cutting, polishing, and custom finishes require meticulous craftsmanship, custom orders take 4 to 7 business days before dispatch.
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, typical courier transit times are:

• Standard Metro / Urban Delivery: 4 to 6 business days.
• Regional & Other Locations: 6 to 8 business days.

During peak holiday periods (such as Ramadan and Eid) or unexpected weather events, minor carrier delays may occur. We always work closely with our courier partners to expedite shipments.

3. Packaging & Safe Transit

Every piece of wall art is reinforced with protective bubble wrap, corner guards, and rigid multilayer cardboard casing to prevent transit damage. Fragile and metal pieces are labeled accordingly for gentle handling by the courier.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with the courier name and a Tracking Number (AWB). You can track your shipment online through our Track My Order page or via the courier partner’s portal.
